Reasons for a parcel being returned to Korea are as follows:
1)Recipient Absence
2)Insufficient Address
3)Customs Clearance Not Completed
If the courier returns the parcel to the logistics center, our Customer Service (CS) team will contact you via your email address.
Even if you receive a notice of parcel return from the post office, please be patient as it may take some time for the parcel to be returned to Korea.
When returning the parcel, you will need to pay the redelivery fee through PayPal.
If you request a refund, the amount refunded will exclude the shipping fee.
